What is my IT manager saying to me and why should I listen now?
We leaders are looking closely at our organisations to ensure the critical areas of the businesses (operations, sales, finance etc…) can continue to function and be effective.
It goes without saying that, we must be able to respond to our customers, deliver service and manage our ongoing financial situations. We must be able to continue to trade.
This is all great but, in the background, we have IT people telling us they constantly need more equipment or more software. We provided everyone with a laptop and some monitors, we have video conferencing, what more do they need?
